Hello All, I have my bachelor's in kinesiology from the University of Alberta, and I'm a registered professional kinesiologist with the Alberta Kinesiology Association. I have experience working with diverse kinds of high-performance athletes, people dealing with chronic pain, and working with people pre- and post-surgery. I am also a certified rowing coach, and I enjoy coaching both recreational and university-level athletes!
The core principle of my kinesiology practice is that movement is medicine, and it is my goal to create an environment where exercise and movement are enjoyable and accessible for everyone!
