About Hannah

Hannah is a Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Stretch Therapist, and Breathing Coach. Hannah graduated with honours from Algonquin College (2019) where she studied massage therapy for 3 years. She then travelled to Bali to study and learn to teach yoga (2019), and from this training became fascinated with breath. This lead her to learn more and share her passions as a breath coach (2020). Then, in 2024, she was selected to attend a stretch therapy course and absolutely loved the work. She now enjoys integrating aspects from each modality into her treatment plans. Hannah believes in working with you and empowering you through education about your body and how it is moving. Using her unique skillset, she will work with you to help get you closer to achieving your wellness goals. She is passionate about the interconnectivity of the mind, body, and spirit and how this relates to us as individuals in today’s society.
