Haider is a seasoned physiotherapist with a passion for helping his clients reach their movement and performance goals. He draws upon his extensive clinical experience, where he has worked with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and injuries to help guide his clients through their rehab journey.
As the physiotherapist for the Canadian Elite Basketball League’s Scarborough Shooting Stars, he has a working knowledge of what it takes to get your body to perform at its optimal level. He utilizes a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, acupuncture, and education to empower his clients with the tools and knowledge necessary to understand their own body.
Haider’s goal is to bring his best to each session with his clients, so he’s a strong believer in lifelong learning. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), has a Master of Clinical Science from Western University and a Master of Physiotherapy Studies from University of Queensland. He also has education in the provision of Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, concussion management, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Haider remains active by playing various sports, working out and hiking. He’s also caught the travel bug and enjoys exploring new places whenever he can.
