About Grace

Registered Manipulative Physiotherapist BSc (KIN) BHSc (PT) Dip MMPT #####Acupuncture | FMS | SFMA | FRC | NKT2 certified As a physiotherapist, my role is to empower people to take care of their bodies and to pursue wellness. I realized the value of this with my own body after recovering from my pregnancies and other injuries. When I take time to move, be it yoga, climbing or running, I feel strong and pain free. I believe in completing continued education that would be effective in helping my patients including my Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, certifications in Contemporary Medicial Acupuncture and Neurokinetic Therapy. My training and experience has also taught me that movement is a powerful medicine.

“I had injured my ankle after Thanksgiving 2015 and was looking for a good physiotherapist to help me get better at the recommendation of my family doctor. I'll be very honest and say I wasn't a big fan of physiotherapy because I have been to my father's physiotherapy appointment and all i see is the physiotherapist tell my father to go on an exercise bike and do that for 20 minutes then do some stretches and then that's it. It took me days to make a decision and give Cornell Physiotherapy a call. i was very impressed with the credentials of the therapists on their website and was introduced to Grace to look into my condition. I wasn't expecting much but my 1st appointment was incredible as were my subsequent follow ups. Grace took the time to look at my overall condition and not just the ankle to make sure that there wasn't anything else that may have caused the issue. Grace is always analyzing and helping me get back on my feet (literally). Grace is a great communicator and really knows her stuff! I don't do recommendations much but Grace has really helped me feel so much better after a few appointments that i would recommend Cornell Physiotherapy in a heartbeat.”
