I utilize a holistic and individualistic incorporated with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy models to create a space where you can express your concerns and explore ways to bring healing and wholeness.

Grace is a Registered Counselling Therapist candidate and a graduate of Acadia University with Master of Education in Counselling. As a female Asian Canadian with disabilities Grace has over 10+ years of experience working with people with disabilities in various settings and has offered counselling to such populations in the last two years in post-secondary and private practice settings.
