Originally from Prince Edward Island and now living in Fredericton, New Brunswick, she is passionate about supporting the health and well-being of women across Atlantic Canada and beyond. As a Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer, Gineen specializes in helping women navigate menopause and supporting medical weight-loss patients in building sustainable lifestyle habits. She works with patients to improve strength, metabolic health, stress resilience, and daily wellness through realistic nutrition guidance, movement strategies, and nervous system support. Her goal is to help patients feel stronger, more energized, and confident in caring for their health.
