About Evelena
Evelena graduated from St. F.X. University in 2002 with a BSc in Human Nutrition and
completed her Graduate Dietetic Internship at the Moncton Hospital in 2003. She has over 20
years experience working in a variety of settings including acute care, long term/enriched care
and private practice.
She loves to support people feel their best in mind and body by getting back to the basics of
balanced nutrition, joyful movement and mindfulness. She is passionate about supporting
people break free from diet culture, improve their relationship with food and create lasting,
healthier habits. She also has a special interest in the connection between mental health and
food particularly anxiety, depression, OCD and ADHD. She strongly believes that nutritional
intake plays a significant preventative role in both chronic disease and mental health concerns.
