Massage treatments to help you move more with less pain! --- With a passion for understanding the mystery & magic of human movement my mission to help you * Through my skills of manual therapy as a registered Massage Therapist (RMT) * With my knowledge of strength training as a Olympic weightlifter * And with my understanding of breathe and balance as Yoga Tune Up® instructor. --- Through my 13 years in fitness equipment sales, I had the opportunity to see people at all points along their journey to health and wellness. I saw how critical movement and mobility are in maintaining a high quality of life. This drove me to want to share my growing knowledge in movement and wellness with you on your own journey in your body and lived experience.
