Erin Humphreys is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families across diverse healthcare settings. Her extensive background supporting infant feeding includes working in both hospital and community breastfeeding clinics, as well as providing home visits, virtual support, and group facilitation.
Erin is passionate about helping families navigate one of the most meaningful, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming stages of life: preparing for, welcoming, and feeding a new baby. She provides compassionate, evidence-based prenatal, lactation, and postpartum care while empowering parents to feel confident, informed, and supported.
Known for her calm presence, strong clinical knowledge, and ability to build trusting relationships, Erin approaches every family with kindness, respect, and non-judgmental care. She understands that every family's journey is unique, with its own goals, values, and circumstances. Her role is to listen, provide clear, evidence-based guidance, and help parents develop a feeding plan that feels realistic, achievable, and right for their family.
Whether assisting with latch concerns, milk supply, pumping, painful feeds, or creating individualized feeding plans, Erin works alongside families with patience, encouragement, and practical solutions. She believes infant feeding is about much more than breastfeeding alone—it encompasses the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of both parent and baby. Her goal is not to define success for families, but to support them in achieving the feeding goals that matter most to them.
As a proud mother of three children, Erin understands firsthand the joy, uncertainty, and vulnerability that can come with parenthood. She believes that life is a journey filled with both joyful moments and unexpected challenges. Her own experiences have strengthened her compassion and reinforced her belief that every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Erin looks forward to supporting your family's journey with compassion, encouragement, and evidence-based guidance, helping you build confidence every step of the way.
