Erica Vargo is a certified pelvic health physiotherapist that is passionate about learning and delivering the best practices in women’s health. She enjoys getting to know her clients individual needs and developing a specific treatment plan that is tailored to them.
She has completed advanced training in all areas of pelvic health including pain, incontinence, prolapse, muscle imbalances and the peripartum woman. She integrates her love of novel movement, manual therapy and pain science into her treatments, looking at the whole person, not just the anatomy.
Erica completed her Bachelor of Science with honours in Toxicology before completing her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Both were done at the University of Saskatchewan.
When she is not at work she can be found chasing after her three beautiful children, making something fun to eat in the kitchen or curling up with a good book and a cup of tea.
