Emma is a trauma-focused therapist with extensive clinical experience supporting public safety personnel in addressing mental health concerns. She uses a function-centered approach, integrating evidence-based modalities including prolonged exposure therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and behavioural activation.
