About Emily

Emily Giugovaz is a wife, mother, sister, spiritual mentor, sports fan, and lover of the water. Paddling or floating in any body of calm water is her ultimate happy place. Professionally, Emily is an educator and has served as a student affairs and services practitioner in post-secondary institutions for 20 years. Emily deeply values life-long learning and is compelled to support individuals live and learn in a way that they can show up whole-heartedly each day. Emily is a certified facilitator with the Mental Health Commission of Canada and the International Institute of Grief and she is also an apprentice with the Centre for Courage and Renewal. She is a skilled facilitator who embodies grace and humility in her practice and holds a deep commitment to supporting the formation of the mind and soul. She strives to show up everyday as a person people can trust, especially on their very worst days.
