About Emilee

I offer counselling support for individuals living in rural or small communities who may feel shaped, and sometimes weighed down, by family dynamics, close-knit relationships, and community expectations. I have experience working with Veterans and with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem concerns, including the feeling of being “behind” in life or unsure of where they fit. My approach is trauma-informed and compassionate, and I am trained in EMDR processing to help clients gently work through difficult or overwhelming experiences at a pace that feels safe. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening communication, and developing practical tools to support healthier relationships and a greater sense of ease and self-understanding.
