Meet Elyse, a passionate physiotherapist with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Before that, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UNB. Originally from the scenic shores of Nova Scotia, Elyse now calls Fredericton home, where the intricate trail system offers just the right balance of tranquility and adventure. Whether it’s hitting the trails or helping patients recover, Elyse knows a thing or two about staying in motion! Her approach to physiotherapy is all about restoring movement, reducing pain, and enhancing well-being. Elyse creates a supportive space where patients feel empowered every step of the way – because healing is a team effort, and she’s got your back (and hips, knees, and shoulders). Outside the clinic, Elyse enjoys staying active by playing hockey and pickleball – and she’s always happy to chat about her favorite team, the Toronto Maple Leafs (optimism is a requirement!). In her downtime, you’ll often find her crocheting something new. So, whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking to improve your movement, Elyse is here to guide you with expertise, encouragement, and maybe a hockey chat or two.
