About Elisha
Elisha completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in 2021. Based on an individual’s needs, Elisha utilizes a variety of techniques throughout the massage such as Swedish massage, myofascial and trigger point release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques, and joint mobilizations. Elisha's approach aims to work specifically, and at the correct tissue depth, to effect true structural change.
She is passionate about helping people improve the underlying causes of postural imbalance and returning the body to its normal, balanced state. She can modify the massage pressure and techniques depending on your needs and will provide education for homecare to recover your conditions. She looks forward to helping you meet your therapeutic goals.
Outside of work, Elisha enjoys hiking, reading books, and swimming. She lives with her husband and two adorable daughters. Most recently, she is a new doggy mom and studies how to train her puppy.
