About Elise

Elise graduated with 2200 hours of massage therapy training in 2016, and a 2 year diploma in biodynamic craniosacral therapy in 2018 - a holistic modality that supports processing of stress held in the tissues. She has worked with clients with chronic pain, GAD, depression, burnout, PTSD, and grief, and specialises in facilitating resolution of unresolved trauma through light touch. She generally takes a medium to light pressure approach to massage with an emphasis on biomechanics. In her spare time, Elise enjoys playing and nature walks with her husband and two kids.
