Dr. Bernat is a native of London, Ontario. She has been in practice over 20 years and enjoys treating people of all ages using a variety of techniques that are specific to the needs of the patient. She especially loves treating expectant mothers in order to help keep them feeling their best throughout their pregnancy. Dr. Bernat also offers acupuncture treatment, as it proves to be a very effective modality for various conditions that may be difficult to resolve using a traditional chiropractic approach. In her spare time, she adores spending time with her awesome husband and three amazing children.

“This is such an easy 5 star review to give. I went to Yolanda on a Saturday once where she was the rotating chiropractor on emergency work that day since most are not open on Saturday. It was easy to make an appointment and she is very knowledgeable and does more than just quick adjustments. She explains what is causing your pain and utilizes chiropractic movements, some deep tissue massage and acupuncture to bring relief. She will also send videos and exercises / stretches to do as well. Her website makes it easy to book an appointment online and she is a very thorough and a very pleasant person to help treat your pain.”
