About Wendy
Dr. Wendy Pardiac is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with an additional prescribing license and over a decade of clinical experience. She holds a Bachelor in Biological Sciences from the University of Guelph and completed an advanced 4 year postgraduate degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Her background also includes eight years as a registered massage therapist and additional training in hormonal health, cosmetic acupuncture, sports medicine, and compounded prescriptions.
"My approach is both comprehensive and individualized. I look for the patterns that connect your hormones, metabolism, digestion, and mood so we can address the root of what’s happening rather than just the symptoms. In practice, that might include functional lab tests to assess the patterns of dysfunction, diet and lifestyle counselling, well-placed supplements, vitamin injections, and/or bioidentical hormone therapy.
