Dr. Raman Dulay DC graduated from the University of Western States in Portland Oregon in 2021. Dr. Dulay’s goal for her patients is to provide them with the best care and treatment possible. She specializes in using diversified techniques for chiropractic adjustments and uses many different soft tissue treatments to treat various spinal conditions.
