About Matt

Dr. Matt Kadar was born and raised in Calgary and has always had passion for movement, performance, and injury recovery. As a former athlete who experienced various injuries firsthand, he developed a strong appreciation for evidence-based care that helps individuals move and feel their best. While studying at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Doctor of Chiropractic program. Dr. Matt takes an evidence-based and personalized approach to care, integrating manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and chiropractic manipulative therapy to support his patients’ health and performance goals. He is certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) and Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University. He has a special interest in sports injuries, injury prevention, headaches, hypermobility, and the biomechanics of a variety of sports including golf, tennis, pickleball, hockey and football. When he's not treating patients, Dr. Matt enjoys staying active and making the most of his time outdoors. An avid golfer, he spends as much time as he can on the course. He also enjoys fishing, playing pickleball, hiking, and watching sports. Dr. Matt is committed to helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and enhance their performance through individualized care. His goal is to empower patients to move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love.
