About Leslie
Dr. Leslie Horowitz's practice is specially focussed on diagnosing and treating painful conditions of the feet, legs, spine, nervous system and other joints. She is a primary health care practitioner and graduated from CMCC in 1992, following 7 years of study (3 years at the University of Toronto - Neuroscience and 4 years CMCC). Dr. Horowitz is a member in good standing with the CCO, who regulates her scope of practice.
With a special interest in the spine and lower limbs, Dr. Horowitz has taken multiple post-graduate continuing education courses related to foot biomechanics, prescribing custom-foot orthotics, using and analyzing TOG GaitScan™ technology, conducting Boot Camp for Spinal Stenosis and is a certified compression garment measurer.

“Go see Dr. Leslie for orthotics! I have had 5 different ones and threw out the rest. She is thorough, smart, and kind. I like the textures used for the 'sport' ones, and it was recommended that I visit a place with a gait scanner. I'd suggest showing up early as the appointments, as they tend to work on a tigh schedule! And fill out the form before going. I'm not sure how some people can give this place a 1/5 stars. “I can’t say enough great words about Dr. Leslie Horowitz. When I went to see her, I could hardly walk, & by the time our first visit finished I was moving and walking with very little pain. After the second visit I am now pain free. She took the time to explain what was going on in my spine, & showed me helpful exercises I could do to strengthen my back & legs. “Dr. Leslie Horowitz was a Godsend to me. She not only helped me walk again, without pain, after suffering with a severely herniated disc but, she takes the time to get to know you as a person.
