About Lauryn
Lauryn is a passionate naturopathic doctor dedicated to helping women feel their best at every stage of life. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then went on to work in mental health within the hospital setting, where she gained valuable experience in interdisciplinary healthcare and developed a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Inspired to take a more comprehensive approach to health, Lauryn went on to earn her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Upon graduation, she was honoured with the Governor General’s Academic Medal, recognizing the highest academic standing in her graduating class.
During her clinical training, Lauryn completed an advanced externship focused on hormonal and reproductive health, deepening her expertise in the areas she is most passionate about today. She has a special interest in women's health, including hormone imbalances, fertility, metabolic health and weight loss resistance, as well as perimenopausal and menopausal care. Lauryn also has extensive knowledge working integratively with fertility clinics.
Lauryn believes that education is one of the most powerful tools in healthcare. She works closely with her patients to uncover the root causes of their concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and empower them with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their health.
Whether you are struggling with hormone-related symptoms, fertility challenges, unexplained weight changes, or navigating the transition into menopause, Lauryn is committed to helping you achieve lasting, evidence-informed results and feel confident in your health journey.
