About Lauren
Dr. Lauren Reimer, ND, has always embraced an integrated approach to health, making her career in naturopathic medicine a natural choice. From an early age, she understood the importance of both conventional and natural therapies—taking vitamins and supplements to support brain development, relying on the sun for vitamin D, and using antibiotics or painkillers when necessary. Having access to and knowledge of these various treatments fostered a deep curiosity about prevention and wellness, ultimately shaping her patient-centered approach to care.
Her practice is rooted in education and empowerment, offering inclusive and evidence-based therapies tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She incorporates clinical nutrition, supplementation, acupuncture (including cosmetic and electrostimulation), cupping, and lifestyle counseling to provide holistic treatment that aligns with individual health goals. Each patient’s circumstances guide their treatment plan, ensuring a personalized and comprehensive approach to healing.
Dr. Reimer earned her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after completing her Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences at McMaster University. It was during her studies at McMaster that she discovered naturopathic medicine and immediately recognized it as her calling. Years of study have given her a deep appreciation for the intricate functions of the human body, and her goal as a naturopathic doctor is to optimize those functions and restore quality of life. She is deeply passionate about her work, finding fulfillment not only in helping others but also in continuously expanding her own understanding of health and wellness.
Dr. Lauren Reimer, ND, is a professional member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). She is honored and excited to welcome patients into her community of care.
