About Laura

Dr. Laura Flynn is a dedicated chiropractor committed to helping individuals move and feel their best. Originally from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, she grew up immersed in sports and dance—experiences that sparked her appreciation for chiropractic care and ultimately guided her toward the profession. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University in 2006, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2011. In 2012, Dr. Flynn moved to Fredericton to join her husband and build a family, quickly embracing the community as her new home. In 2015, she took ownership of Body Renewal Health Centre, where she leads with a patient-centered, evidence-informed approach. Dr. Flynn is known for her warm, attentive care and her passion for supporting people through all stages of life. Outside her practice, Dr. Flynn is a busy mom of three. Her experiences as an athlete, parent, and healthcare provider continue to shape her understanding of movement, wellness, and the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle for long-term health.

“Dr.Laura was recommended to me from my massage therapist. I've wanted to try Chiropractic therapy for years but have always been a little timid. Dr. Laura spent a lot of time going over everything with me (I told her I was quite nervous) and we did a dry run of all the adjustments before she did them. She checked in with me after each adjustment in each area to make sure I still felt comfortable. I was so surprised by the amount of "pops". I literally felt taller by the end of my first appointment. Wonderful experience. I'm now a regular.”
