Born and raised in Georgina, Dr. Lyall has always been passionate about movement and active living. With a background in kinesiology, nine years as a certified personal trainer, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from CMCC, she brings both expertise and empathy to her care. Having personally recovered from sports injuries, she understands the importance of proper rehab and is dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and move freely so they can get back to doing what they love.
