Dr. Kaitlyn Jacklin is passionate about helping others feel their best and supporting them in optimizing their health. She completed her undergraduate degree at McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She is a member in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
Dr. Jacklin provides patient-centred, evidence-based care using a combination of manual soft tissue therapies, spinal and extremity adjustments, joint mobilizations, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education. She is certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, a Webster Technique provider and has specialized training in Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) Therapy for Scar Release using the Dolphin Neurostim.
Dr. Jacklin is also a certified provider of the Pediatric Intraoral Palate-Specific (PIPS) technique. Intraoral techniques can be particularly helpful for infants experiencing breastfeeding challenges, such as shallow latch, poor suction, or fatigue during feeds. These gentle techniques address oral motor imbalances and tension in the jaw, tongue, and palate that can affect feeding and cranial development.
In her pediatric practice, Dr. Jacklin frequently supports infants with conditions such as torticollis, body tension, coordination and developmental concerns, and gastrointestinal issues like reflux or constipation. Her care for children and babies is always gentle, specific, and guided by each child’s individual needs.
Dr. Jacklin enjoys working with patients of all ages, and has a special interest in supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as infants and children.
Outside of practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and trying new restaurants and recipes. Dr. Jacklin provides care in English.
