Dr. Hyun Jung (Katie) Oh, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor with over 15 years of clinical experience and a focused practice in perimenopause and women’s midlife health. She is passionate about helping women in their 40s and 50s navigate the menopausal transition with more energy, mental clarity, restorative sleep, and confidence so they can feel like themselves again. Dr. Katie ND works with women experiencing concerns such as fatigue, brain fog, sleep disturbances, mood changes, weight gain, hot flashes, and other symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause. While hormones are an important part of the picture, she believes menopause is a whole-body transition. Her approach looks beyond hormone levels alone, helping women connect the dots between their symptoms, metabolism, gut health, nervous system, immune function, and lifestyle to uncover the underlying factors contributing to how they feel. She develops personalized treatment plans that combine evidence-informed naturopathic medicine with clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, mind-body approaches, and lifestyle strategies to support long-term health and resilience. Dr. Katie ND also holds additional prescribing rights for topical and vaginal bioidentical hormones and offers comprehensive consultations for women who are considering or currently using menopausal hormone therapy (MHT/HRT). Dr. Katie ND earned her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
