About Heidi

##Meet Dr. Heidi: I am originally from Prince George, BC and received two of my three degrees (BA and MA) from the University of Northern British Columbia. I had the pleasure of working in my field (Anthropology) for the larger part of 15 years before deciding to change my career. I have always had a passion for medicine, but in my work with people living with HIV, I felt drawn to a more holistic approach to health and wellness than I felt I could find in the conventional medical education system. I graduated from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in June 2018 - going in and leaving with the intent to create a clinic where everyone felt welcome and heard. Community is important to me, and so, was thrilled to be able to open Foundations Naturopathic Health in my community, New Westminster.
