Dr. Grace Ni is a board-certified Naturopathic Physician with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry and a Certificate of Liberal Arts from Simon Fraser University. During her time at SFU, she was a member of the varsity swim team, earning MVP and All-American honours. After an interval of travel, she went on to complete her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher). Dr. Ni's academic foundation, combined with her athletic background and deep interest in human behaviour, shapes her evidence-informed and empathic approach to patient care.
Dr. Ni’s treatment philosophy is rooted in evidence-informed medicine, clear science communication, and collaborative care. She believes patients deserve to understand why recommendations are being made—not just what to do—and prioritizes education, transparency, and partnership. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, she works alongside her patients to develop treatment plans aligned with both current evidence and individual values.
She has pursued continuing education in Compassion-Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which further informs her integrative and patient-centred approach. Dr. Ni has particular clinical interests in perimenopause and menopause care, pain management and athletic performance, digestive health, and cardiometabolic health. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner through The Menopause Society and remains committed to staying current with evolving menopause research and treatment guidelines.
Her clinical approach includes lifestyle and nutritional counselling, botanicals and nutraceuticals, acupuncture, pharmaceuticals, intravenous vitamin therapy, and injection therapies, with a focus on safety, practicality, and long-term outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Dr. Ni running, biking, strength training, or relaxing at home with her cat and her favourite cooking blog.
