About Erica

Erica has a wide variety of experience and expertise in the healing arts and works in private practice doing one to one psychotherapy, mediation for couples and families, facilitation of workshops, and other therapeutic support roles. She is currently a RCC (registered clinical counsellor) in British Columbia (BCACC # 19687) and is a provider for ICBC, FNHA, CVAP, KCDS, and WorksafeBC. She obtained a PhD from Queen's University in Sociology with a focus on emotions, trauma, and community health. Before pursuing her Masters and Doctorate she obtained a diploma from Grant MacEwan University as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and is certified in Reflexology, Reiki, Touch for Health, and NLP (which included a certification in Time Line Therapy). She also holds a certification in Somatic Relational Therapy and has training in Nonviolent Communication and archetypal psychology. Erica, holds a vision of community wellness that extends from the psychospiritual and somatic health of embodied individuals. She takes an intuitive, and multidimensional approach to healing and wellness and uses different modalities to support her clients wherever they are in the present moment.
