This is an eye examination for children age 18 and under, with a valid BC Health Number. Children are eligible for an eye exam once per year (or 11 months).
Patient portion is $70 and MSP pays the rest if you have been diagnosed with diabetes.
If you bring your Status number, usually FNHA pays for most or all of the exam fee
This is a complete eye health assessment for patients who are 65 years of age or older. Please choose either "existing patient" or "new patient" depending on whether Dr. Dougans has examined your…
Eye Exam for post-secondary students who do not have extended health, at a reduced rate. Staff may ask to see your Student ID card.
This is an eye examination for patients age 13-18, who wear contact lenses or are interested in starting. MSP pays a portion and the patient/parent pays $50 for contact lens fitting.
Complete eye health exam for people 65 years of age and older. Please choose either "existing patient" or "new pt" depending on whether Dr. Dougans has examined your eyes before.
