Dr. Andrea Watson is passionate about helping patients move confidently, comfortably, and pain-free through all stages of life. With a special focus on women’s health, she provides evidence-based, empathetic care for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, perimenopause and menopause transitions, and C-section scar management.
With over five years of clinical experience and a strong foundation in sports medicine and family chiropractic, she also treats a wide range of spine, joint, and soft-tissue concerns for people of all ages and activity levels, including pediatrics.

Born and raised in Ontario, Dr. Watson earned her Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Kinesiology (Rehabilitation Sciences) from Western University and her Doctor of Chiropractic (Cum Laude) from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During her studies she served as team therapist for Western’s varsity women’s field hockey program, gaining valuable experience in injury prevention and performance optimization.
