Clients who have received a pre-authorization from Veterans Affairs are eligible to book this treatment.
This treatment is for clients who have already had the Initial Chiropractic Assessment and Treatment with Dr. Alyssa and have been recommended a follow up plan.
Only Veterans with a pre-authorization for chiropractic treatment and who have had the VA Initial Chiropractic Assessment and Treatment are eligible to book this treatment.
