Donna specializes in phobias, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, goal setting, trauma and has extensive knowledge and experience working with survivors of sexual violence.
Donna works with clients using various modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy and a solution-focused approach. She is also experienced in utilizing guided relaxation and meditation practices to help regulate the nervous system.
Donna believes that mental health support should be accessible to everyone. She offers flexible rates and a sliding scale to accommodate diverse financial situations.
