I’ve been a practicing massage therapist since 2017, after graduating with honors from Vicars School of Massage Therapy. I believe massage is for every body—at all ages and stages of life. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing stress, or simply taking time to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to help you move and feel your best. When I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me lifting at CrossFit or climbing the Peloton leaderboard with friends. Life is full and busy with my four kids and our dog, and that helps me appreciate the value of self-care even more—I love helping others make that space for themselves too.
