Providing care to clients in Kingston, On and surrounding areas Massage therapy has been part of my life for almost 20 years. Over that time, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, and I now focus much of my practice on supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the fertility journey — while still welcoming anyone seeking massage for stress relief, pain management, or general wellness. I originally practiced in Bowmanville for 15 years before relocating to Kingston, where I’ve continued to build long-term relationships with clients. One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been seeing how people change from week to week — how they sleep better, feel less discomfort, or simply move through their day with more ease.
