I'm a Canadian Certified Addictions Counsellor, who uses well studied, evidence-informed approaches to help individuals and families make sense of recovery. I've dedicated 10 years to developing a deep understanding of substance use disorders, providing treatment and leadership across a variety of recovery organizations from coast to coast. I help individuals and families navigate the confusing parts of recovery, build stability in the early stages of change, and move toward healing and wholeness. I also recognize and support the unique needs of frontline professionals who carry so much for others through their demanding and often sacrificial work.
