About Darcy
I strongly believe in the connection of body, mind and spirit when healing any part of ourselves. Science and ancient wisdom have finally merged and both show us that health is a multi faceted process, both tangible and untangle. Whether working with me for massage or coaching, I focus on creating a safe and relaxing tone so that your nervous system can unwind and feel supported and nurtured so you can let go of what you need to release and connect inward with clarity and comfort.
My work is mindful, focused and nurturing. You will leave your session feeling very different than when you arrived. Common words my clients use are "grounded, anxiety free, calm, nurtured, safe, clear, inspired, connected and light"
Although my work can be energetically deep and my pressure firm, I do not work as a "deep tissue" therapist. If you are needing consistent very deep pressure throughout your treatment I can refer you elsewhere. :)
