About Dara

Massage Therapist since 2008 with extensive experience in both clinical and spa environments, I aim to deliver the best in therapeutic and relaxation treatments. I am pleased to offer relaxation, pain-management, deep-tissue, sports and pre-natal massage. I also offer basalt hot stone massage and aromatherapy. I like to work with the desired pressure preference of each individual client. My techniques have been described as, “Gentle yet effective,” and “Deep and restorative.” I am an eco-conscious practitioner with a passion for plant-based living and learning about health and human sciences. I enjoy incorporating my learnings about health care and the latest scientific findings into treatment and home-care plans.
