I am a Registered Dietitian with over 30 years experience. In the last 10 years, I began changing my approach from weight normative to weight inclusive. I believe in the power of weight-inclusive, non-diet, anti-diet care by rejecting diet culture and focusing on overall and holistic well-being. My approach is to help clients improve their relationship with food using Gentle Nutrition, Mindful Eating and Intuitive Eating. My specific Areas of expertise are Disordered Eating, Eating Disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and ARFID), Women’s health (PCOS, menopause) and chronic disease (e.g Diabetes, Fatty Liver Disease).
