Claire is a Registered Occupational Therapist who graduated with her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2022. Prior to her Master's, she completed a Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia in 2020.
Her education and background in competitive dance has shaped her interest in Women’s Health and Clinical Pilates. Claire is passionate about preventative and functional movement and takes a holistic approach to her practice. Her ultimate goal with clients is to help them live a fulfilling life, full of activities that they love, without restrictions from pain or fear.
When Claire is not working, she is often taking a Pilates or barre class, or spending time with family, friends, and her puppy, Wilbur.
