Cindy is a dedicated Certified Energy Medicine Practitioner through The College of
International Holistic studies, Certified Consulting Hypnotist through The National Guild
and a QHHT Past Life Regression Hypnotist. With over 10 years of learning and
experience, she is devoted to helping individuals heal at the deepest levels of the
mind, body, and spirit with a holistic and intuitive approach.
Cindy combines intuitive energy healing sessions with guided regression techniques to
fully embrace their present lives. Through these techniques she helps the client to
clear deep-seated emotional, physical, and energetic blockages. Cindy draws on
modalities such as intergenerational and ancestral healing which helps clients release
patterns that may have been carried through family lineages. By accessing the
akashic records she can take the client through a karmic clearing, guides clients
through cord cutting of relationships or places, and soul retrieval to support clients in
reclaiming their personal power. Through sub-personality healing, clients are guided
to understand and integrate the different parts of themselves that were formed
through life experiences, trauma, and conditioning.
During a Hypnosis session Cindy guides a client into a relaxed state or condition in
which the client becomes highly responsive to suggestions. Once the client has
reached a level of selective focused attention, she uses positive suggestions to
modify certain behaviours the client wishes to shift. Our ability to enter this unique
state opens the door to countless possiblities for healing, self exploration and change.
Cindy is trained in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique QHHT which was developed
by Dolores Cannon. It is a deep, specialized hypnosis method that guides clients into
a theta-state to access their "Higher Self" or subconscious. It is used to explore past
lives, uncover the root causes of physical/emotional issues, and provide profound
insights into life purpose.
With compassion, insight, and deep respect for each client’s journey, Cindy creates a
safe and supportive space for transformation, healing, and spiritual growth.
