About Chrystine
Chrystine is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario. She graduated with honours from Trillium College in 2017 and has since built her practice around helping clients find relief from chronic neck pain, migraines, and tension headaches as well as general deep tissue massage for all areas of the body.
With a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and a client-centered approach, Chrystine specializes in identifying the root causes of discomfort and delivering targeted treatments to promote lasting relief and improved well-being. Chrystine offers personalized care designed to restore balance and enhance quality of life.
She has completed additional training in Hot stone massage, Warm bamboo, Cupping. Some of Chrystine’s specific areas of interest include: sciatica/hip flexor issues, headaches/migraines, neck treatments, and TMJ issues.

Outside of the clinic she loves exploring/ hiking, fishing, kayaking, camping. She can’t wait to explore all Nova Scotia has to offer/see after recently moving to our beautiful province.
