Hey, I’m Christian!
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist passionate about helping you recover, perform, and thrive. With an Honours BSc in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University and top-of-class graduation from ICT Kikkawa College, I bring a strong educational foundation and hands-on experience to my practice.
My primary focus is injury rehabilitation, and I specialize in helping active individuals—weightlifter, runners, or weekend warriors —recover from injuries, improve mobility, and enhance performance. I've had the privilege of working with high-level and professional athletes, providing tailored treatment plans that blend manual therapy and exercise to meet the unique needs of each client.
I’m committed to staying at the forefront of my field through continuing education, so you always receive the most effective and current treatment methods. My goal is to empower you to take charge of your body, overcome pain, and get back to doing what you love. I am excited to be part of your health and wellness journey!
