Hi, I'm Cheryl — a Registered Massage Therapist who believes in treating each client as a whole person and creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable expressing your needs and goals.
Originally from Nova Scotia, I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology (Co-operative) with Honours at Memorial University in St. John's before going on to earn my Diploma of Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, also with honours.
My approach combines relaxation-based techniques with targeted therapeutic treatment, always personalized to you. Since graduating, I've expanded my skills with additional training in cupping, gua sha, intraoral TMJ treatment, and external approaches to pelvic pain and dysfunction — and I'm always looking to grow so I can offer the most effective care possible.
