I have been a Massage Therapist since 2018. Graduating from Mount Royal University I have extensive education and training focused on recovery based massage treatments.
I believe that self-care is essential to living a happy, healthy life. That's why I offer a variety of services designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and recover. My goal is to provide you with an environment where you can leave your worries behind and focus on yourself. Whether you need a relaxation or deep tissue massage I've got your back!
When I am not treating clients I am hiking through the mountains, staying active by spending as much time as possible outdoors, or enjoying a relaxing day at home.
