I have a Master’s of Arts in Counselling and I am licensed with the College of Alberta Psychologists with 22 years experience. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Grief Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Expressive Arts Therapy.
In terms of couples counselling, I have training in Gottman Therapy Level I and 2, Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and Imago Therapy.
