About Cecilia

Cecilia completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy at Queen's University. Her clinical experience is wide ranging, including treating orthopedic, neurological and respiratory conditions in a clinic, hospital, and in home setting. She also has years as a sport parent in multiple sports. She's worked with national high-performance level adolescent tennis, gymnastics, baseball, soccer, hockey and volleyball athletes.
With the completion of diverse number of post graduate courses and varied clinical experience, Cecilia has a unique set of clinical tools from which to call upon to customize treatment plans for her clients. Her clinical intervention involves empowering clients through education, exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques. Collaboration with other health care professionals, coaches and/or caregivers is also integrated into her treatment plans for optimal recovery.
In her spare time, Cecilia enjoys reading, playing piano, watching documentaries, and travelling.
