A Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia since 2016, her treatment style utilizes classic Swedish techniques, as well as, myofascial work, deep tissue, trigger point release.and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).
She enjoys educating her patients about their bodies and improving each individual’s quality of life by facilitating recovery from injury, relief from chronic pain and reducing stress and anxiety. Cathy focuses on addressing the specific needs of each individual patient to assist them to achieve their long or short-term goals.
