About Catherine

Catherine is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Owner of Complete Connective Therapies in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland. During the day she works as an RMT, mentor, and business owner. She is a certified Graston Technique Provider who also focuses her continuing education training in myofascial and cupping techniques. She works with patients of all ages, abilities, injuries, and activity levels with honesty, earnesty, and a desire to learn and mentor constantly. Catherine was born in St. John's and grew up in Mount Pearl and then Conception Bay South. A former boxer and kickboxer, fitness and activity have always been important to her. More recently, she is rekindling her love of reading and travelling. Catherine is married to her husband - Sean - has two sons - Brady and Kasem - and two adorable Border Collies - Dash & Rocket - whom you could be lucky enough to meet at the clinic!
